Fitness & Wellness Coaching

    Dr. Cheatham offers fitness training and wellness coaching services to clients of all ages and fitness levels. During the first session, Dr. Cheatham will conduct a comprehensive fitness, wellness, and lifestyle assessment, initial treatment, and develop a plan of care. Subsequent sessions may include one or more of the following services: healthy lifestyle modifications, optimal nutrition strategies, longevity interventions, and exercise program design. 


Dr. Cheatham specializing in working with the following individuals:

  • Individuals of all ages and fitness levels
  • Adults and teens seeking weight loss while on medication (GLP-1) 
  • Adults and teens seeking weight loss without medication
  • Adults seeking lifestyle modification and longevity
